Etisalat - Customer Case Study

Etisalat Sri Lanka, serving more than 3.5 million customers, needed to improve roaming services amid intense competition and high customer expectations. To address challenges such as mobility management, authentication, billing, and seamless service access for inbound and outbound roamers, Etisalat worked with Dialogic and Globitel using roaming solutions built on Dialogic® Distributed Signaling Interface components.

Dialogic-supported Globitel solutions including Feel@Home, RoamSalute, and Intelligent Traffic Steering were implemented to improve call completion, deliver personalized roaming messages, and steer outbound roamers to preferred partner networks. The result was a better roaming experience, stronger customer satisfaction and loyalty, and increased revenue opportunities by reducing revenue leakage and improving traffic control for Etisalat Sri Lanka.
