PT Asuransi Jiwa Sinarmas, a life insurance telemarketing center in Indonesia, needed a more advanced contact center to better manage telemarketers, improve voice clarity, and prepare for future expansion and video conferencing. The company turned to Dialogic, working with PT Moxcal Technologies and PT Integra Multi Solusi, to replace its legacy PBX-based setup with a more flexible solution.

Dialogic HMP Software was implemented as the core of the new contact center, enabling easy expansion through software licensing and supporting voice recording and other features without adding complex third-party systems. The result was a faster deployment, improved voice clarity, and higher productivity; the solution initially supported 40 agents, then grew to 80 with plans for 120 and up to 250 licensed resources, while also delivering cost savings and a path to future video conferencing with Dialogic.
