Beijing MXTelecom Develops Cost-Effective CTI Applications with Dialogic ® Products

Beijing MXTelecom Technologies, a leading CTI solution provider in China, faced rising competition and needed to build more advanced IP-based call center and TICQ solutions while keeping costs down.
