Torre Latinoamericana cuts maintenance costs and eliminates $35,000 MXN bulb changes with Dialight

Torre Latinoamericana, a historic skyscraper and landmark in Mexico City, faced a challenge with its outdated and costly obstruction lighting system. The building's old xenon tube beacon and incandescent markers required frequent, expensive maintenance that involved dangerous tower climbs and risked non-compliance penalties from aviation authorities. Dialight provided a modern LED solution to address this challenge.

Dialight implemented its Vigilant Dual Strobe medium intensity beacon system with RTO side markers. This solution eliminated the need for bulb changes three times a year, saving over $35,000 MXN per maintenance event and providing reliable, maintenance-free operation for five years. The Dialight system ensured compliance, enhanced safety for aircraft, and eliminated light trespass for the surrounding neighborhood, delivering substantial cost savings and peace of mind to the building's management.
