Rockline Industries cuts energy use and wins $48,000 rebate with Dialight

Rockline Industries, a major manufacturer of paper products and wet wipes, faced a challenge with high energy consumption and maintenance costs from its outdated metal halide lighting at its Arkansas production facility. As part of its sustainability initiative, the company sought a more efficient solution and turned to Dialight for its DuroSite LED High Bay luminaires.

Dialight's solution involved replacing 140 metal halide fixtures with their high-efficiency LED models. This retrofit drastically cut energy use per fixture from 400W to 150W, improved light quality, and reduced maintenance. The project also qualified Rockline for a nearly $50,000 energy rebate. Additional benefits included a significant reduction in HVAC demand and enhanced employee comfort and safety. Dialight's implementation was a key part of Rockline's successful sustainability efforts.
