Diabsolut implemented and configured Certinia Accounting and Billing Central to automate manual tasks and handle billing events and invoicing. They integrated Avalara Tax for complex calculations and developed a custom connector for automation. This solution delivered significant time and resource savings with fewer errors, centralized data management, and provided complete visibility into billing events. The successful outcome strengthened TD Synnex's operations and led to a follow-up project with Diabsolut.
