DuPont, a global company with a highly complex and geographically dispersed supply chain, needed a better way to see risk across the entire network and improve resilience. The platform mapped DuPont’s supply chain, rated risk exposure, identified hotspots and choke points, and supported contingency planning; it also helped quantify potential losses, including up to $1.65 billion from inventory loss in one European site and $11.13 million in sales losses from a 10-day transportation delay.
