Simplifying Global Treasury Operations Through Standardized Swift Messaging and a Service Bureau Partner

Hilton Worldwide, a global hospitality group managing thousands of bank accounts across 92 countries, faced a complex, manual treasury operation—logging into many bank portals daily, downloading statements and managing disparate messaging formats. To standardize and secure communications without building in‑house SWIFT IT expertise, Hilton engaged DH Corporation as a service-bureau partner to provide SWIFT-based financial messaging and centralized bank connectivity.

DH Corporation delivered a SWIFT bureau solution (including FIN store-and-forward, FileAct and direct bank connectivity) plus middleware to map non‑SWIFT formats into a single interface. SWIFT connectivity was established in six weeks and the end-to-end rollout finished in six months, producing a single, reliable pipeline into Hilton’s treasury system. The result was fewer operational checks and rare failed statements/payments, lower risk and cost, and treasury staff freed to focus on finance rather than IT—while positioning Hilton for future eBAM and messaging improvements.
