Putting Payments at the Heart of Global Logistics with Kuehne+Nagel

Kuehne+Nagel, a global logistics leader with more than 1,000 offices and 64,000 employees, needed to standardize and centralize its bank connectivity as it rolled out a new in‑house ERP. To avoid rebuilding country‑by‑country integrations, Kuehne+Nagel chose DH Corporation’s SWIFT service bureau/payments hub to provide a worldwide standard for bank connectivity and integrate with the new ERP.

DH Corporation implemented the SWIFT service bureau alongside the ERP rollout (live in 35 countries to date), converting numerous bank message formats into one standard, automating overnight bank statements into the ERP, and centralizing visibility and security. The result was faster, more secure payment processing with lower operational complexity and cost, improved global payment visibility, and an on‑time, on‑budget rollout that scaled more easily as additional countries and banks were connected.
