MN Transforming Payments as a Critical Business Capability

MN is one of the Netherlands’ largest pension and insurance administrators, managing pensions for nearly two million people and around €110 billion in assets. Facing hundreds of thousands of payments per month and upcoming regulatory change (SEPA), MN needed to modernize payments to improve control, auditability, traceability and scalability while remaining ready for instant payments and other future developments. MN selected DH Corporation to provide SWIFT connectivity and a corporate payments hub to meet these needs.

DH Corporation implemented its SWIFT service bureau solution and a payment hub, working jointly with MN’s IT team and supplying middleware to integrate with MN’s updated platforms; MN implemented the hub in-house and moved to an IT managed service for operations. The project delivered SEPA compliance a year ahead of the deadline, stable and reliable processing of hundreds of thousands of transactions per month, improved payment and operational efficiency, stronger audit trails and visibility from a single source, and better cash-flow management—outcomes MN attributes directly to DH Corporation’s solution.
