Mission Federal Credit Union, a $2 billion San Diego credit union serving 158,000 members, needed a modern, open, and user-friendly loan servicing system to support rapid growth and reduce manual rekeying, limited customization, and poor correspondence archiving. They selected Servicing Director from DH Corporation to replace their outdated platform.

DH Corporation implemented Servicing Director — a SQL-based, Windows point-and-click servicing solution with an electronic Archiver and interfaces to the loan origination system — enabling faster reporting, self-service product setup, and streamlined workflows. As a result, Mission Federal increased loans serviced on the platform from 1,800 to 5,000, reduced tasks that once took two hours to mere minutes, and improved staff autonomy and member service.
