Inova Federal Credit Union, a $258 million credit union in Elkhart, IN with 33,000 members, wanted to expand its mortgage business but was hampered by a paper-based process that forced members to apply only in person with one of three loan officers and made volume swings hard to manage. To modernize lending channels and support growth, Inova engaged DH Corporation and implemented MortgagebotPOS.

DH Corporation delivered MortgagebotPOS, a cloud-based, multi-channel mortgage POS integrated with tri-merged credit reporting, automated underwriting and the LOS, enabling online rate shopping, instant approvals and seamless application completion. The solution helped Inova grow applications from 340 to 1,450 annually (a 330% increase), achieve about an 80% application completion rate, and cut average time from application to clear-to-close from 28 to 19 days (a 32% reduction).
