Direct Credit Helps Clearview FCU Increase Response Rates and Drive Revenue with Prequalified Offers

Clearview Federal Credit Union, a $789M credit union in Moon Township, PA, needed better householding and data to prequalify members for targeted marketing campaigns. To solve this, Clearview turned to DH Corporation, implementing D+H’s Touché Analyzer for advanced householding and segmentation and D+H Direct Credit Data Services to obtain credit scores and prequalification data.

DH Corporation combined Touché Analyzer and Direct Credit to generate targeted prequalified offers and refine campaign lists, cutting processing time (daily overnight by 55% and monthly by up to 70%) and driving strong loan growth. In one auto loan promotion DH Corporation helped execute, mailings to about 10,500 members produced 129 responses and $2.2M in vehicle loans; outreach to 11,144 prequalified prospects added 118 new members and nearly $1.3M in vehicle loans, plus 359 new deposits ($2.6M) and 122 indirect loans ($2.3M). Clearview now runs 2–3 preapproval promotions annually and uses DH Corporation’s Direct Credit for onboarding and auto recapture.
