CU Business Group is a Portland-based CUSO that helps credit unions offer commercial lending without building out their own infrastructure. When their previous documentation vendor discontinued support, CU Business Group needed a flexible, compliant, scalable loan-documentation solution that its member credit unions preferred. After surveying users, CU Business Group selected DH Corporation’s LaserPro to replace the legacy system.

DH Corporation implemented LaserPro to provide a more flexible document-creation workflow, 50-state compliance support (including a compliance warranty and network counsel), and secure document delivery. The change let CU Business Group make simple loan term changes via modifications rather than recreating full document sets, deliver loan docs and credit memos within seconds, and scale its back-office services to support its members—improving processing efficiency for the roughly 150 credit unions using its documentation service and enabling CU Business Group to serve 415 credit unions across 44 states.
