Credit Union’s $2 Million GiveBack Program Builds Member Loyalty in a Big Way with Help from Touché® Analyzer

Workers’ Credit Union, a $1.06 billion institution in Fitchburg, MA, launched a $2 million “GiveBack” program to reward members based on account types and average balances and to strengthen retention and share of wallet. To accurately segment members, model payout scenarios and measure outcomes, Workers’ partnered with DH Corporation and used its Touché Analyzer business intelligence solution.

DH Corporation’s Touché Analyzer was used to run payout scenarios, segment members for reward distribution and track program performance end-to-end. The GiveBack distributed more than $2M, produced 398 new checking account openings (a net gain of 244 vs. 121 the prior year), helped Workers’ become number one in total dollars closed in its 30‑town market, and drove 10,293 microsite visits in the first two months (sustaining >5,000/month), boosting member retention and share of wallet.
