DH Corporation customized Encore, built training and support materials, and executed a phased rollout to all 500 branches in 18 months. The solution automated paper workflows and integrated with electronic image capture (Alogent® Front Counter), cutting item‑processing sites from 20 to 2, reducing errors, improving transaction timing and staffing efficiency, and delivering measurable productivity and customer‑service gains.
