Kaw Valley State Bank & Trust Company, a locally owned community bank in Wamego, KS, sought to gain operational efficiencies, stay compliant with changing regulations, and maintain high customer service while managing growth and a merger. To achieve this, the bank selected DH Corporation’s integrated solutions centered on the Sparak® System core and ancillary products such as EZTeller®, LaserPro®, ActiveView® and DepositPro®.

DH Corporation implemented the integrated Sparak platform and supporting applications, enabling real-time balances, teller access to images and loan documents, streamlined loan document generation, and faster HMDA reporting. As a result, Kaw Valley grew from $88M to $131M, absorbed the First National Bank of Clifton merger and now processes 100% of that workload while keeping its back-office headcount unchanged, reducing rekeying time and lowering error rates.
