Maersk, an integrated container logistics and supply chain services company, sought new technology to optimize its warehouse processes and stay at the forefront of supply chain innovation. The solution implemented by Dexory provided real-time, automated insights by using robots to measure, track, and locate goods. This closed data loops with the warehouse management system and automated cycle counts. The results were substantial, including saving over 40 hours per week on counts, achieving 100% inventory accuracy, saving a minimum of 8 hours per week searching for missing goods, and ensuring a 100% rate of orders being fulfilled in full and on time, which boosted customer satisfaction.
