The American Storage South project required a white-labeled solution for managing self-storage facilities, including unit rentals, payments, and the integration of NFC smart locks. They engaged DevTeam.Space to build a comprehensive B2B2C system comprising web and mobile applications to connect their facilities in North Carolina to major self-storage management platforms.

DevTeam.Space developed an integrated solution featuring a backend API hub, mobile apps for renters and managers, and a web app with a virtual assistant and security camera module. The project successfully integrated with SiteLink, StoreEDGE, and Ready Steady Storage APIs, implemented a video call service, and delivered NFC lock functionality. As a result, the client was able to automate operations, with one notable impact being the replacement of seven employees with a single virtual assistant station.
