Ministry of Defence builds a WCAG 2.1 AA-compliant XR talent microsite with Devstars
The Ministry of Defence (MoD) required a way to build a community of specialists for its MIITTE research programme, which focuses on the effectiveness of XR technology for defence and security training. To address this challenge, they engaged the vendor Devstars.
Devstars created a one-page microsite and an HTML newsletter campaign designed to attract potential candidates. The solution was built using the IBM Carbon Framework and is fully WCAG 2.1 AA compliant for accessibility. The website features a clear, frictionless user journey with concise copy and interactive elements like concertinas and expanding forms to drive conversions.
