Case Study: Hypatos GmbH hires senior NLP developers and product managers with DevsData

Hypatos GmbH hires 5 AI and product experts with DevsData to keep its roadmap on track

Hypatos GmbH, a German AI company specializing in intelligent document processing, faced the challenge of urgently hiring senior NLP developers and German-speaking product managers with deep technical expertise and strict adherence to GDPR and ISO standards to support a critical product launch. They engaged the vendor DevsData LLC to handle this precision recruitment under tight deadlines.

DevsData LLC implemented a targeted recruitment strategy focused on the Polish and German markets, manually curating candidates and conducting rigorous technical and language screenings. This approach resulted in the successful hiring of three senior NLP developers and two product managers. The solution enabled Hypatos to meet its product roadmap, avoiding a potential quarter-long delay and accelerating the launch of its autonomous invoice processing system.
