DevScope implemented a solution using Azure OpenAI to intelligently read emails, determine if they were quote requests, and automatically extract and store the data. The tool generates automatic reply emails and uses Azure Cosmos DB and other Azure services. This automation reduced the time spent on the procedure by 76.5%, cutting processing time to just four minutes per email and allowing the commercial team to reallocate their time to other tasks.
