Logoplaste centralizes data and standardizes audits worldwide

Logoplaste, a global producer of rigid plastic packaging, faced the challenge of decentralized operations across its 65 plants in 18 countries. Each plant used different tools and datasets, making it difficult to collect information and implement new standards.Scope implemented the Global Management System (GMS), starting with a centralized Audits and Inspections module built on SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate. This solution integrated with SAP and HR systems, allowing for standardized, multi-language audits that could be assigned via Teams and conducted using QR codes. The results included a drastic reduction in paper use, streamlined and standardized processes, and centralized, real-time data access for all plants and departments, bringing Logoplaste to a new level in its digital journey.
