Saudi Arabian MoJ standardizes and enhances service delivery

The Saudi Arabian Ministry of Justice (MoJ) faced the challenge of modernizing its services in line with the Saudi Vision 2030 framework, requiring it to digitize processes and eliminate inefficient, siloed systems while maintaining service levels during the global pandemic. To achieve its goal of 80% digitization, the MoJ partnered with vendor Devoteam to implement a consolidated platform using the ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) product.

Working with Devoteam, the MoJ used the ServiceNow platform to automate 180 IT and business services, creating a centralized system for tracking requests and performance. This solution provided the ministry's leadership with increased visibility into operations and significantly improved the experience for both its 40,000 staff and clients. The successful implementation has made processes like lawyer license provisioning fully digital and has positioned the MoJ to extend its use of ServiceNow solutions for further transformation.
