Nykredit launches MyGoals in 6 months with Devoteam

In 2018, the Danish bank Nykredit aimed to create a personalized counseling experience through a new digital loyalty program. They needed an agile partner to turn this concept into a final design and develop a digital service that would add value. Nykredit partnered with Devoteam to address this challenge and develop the MineMål (MyGoals) app.

Devoteam used an agile approach and design sprints to design and develop the app, launching a Minimum Viable Product in just six months. The solution enabled customers to save for goals, manage transactions, and contact advisors. The partnership with Devoteam successfully helped Nykredit increase long-term customer retention by engaging homeowners earlier in their journey, ultimately providing a better customer experience.
