INVERSIS, a Spanish company offering technological solutions and outsourcing services to financial institutions, needed a scalable and flexible tool to improve the control and reporting of its service management. Their existing tools could not adapt to business needs, a challenge amplified after a major acquisition doubled their size. They partnered with vendor Devoteam to implement a solution using the ServiceNow SaaS platform.

Devoteam implemented the ServiceNow ITSM module to cover IT services, followed by the ITBM module for project portfolio management. The solution was then extended to all operational and business units for non-IT services. This provided INVERSIS with greater process visibility and integration, leading to a significant improvement in their brand image and a more secure, credible offering for their institutional customers.
