Copenhagen Airports, a major Scandinavian airport hub, faced challenges managing its IT infrastructure due to a multitude of disparate data sources and homemade integrations. Their goal was to gain a complete overview of their on-premise and cloud components to create a foundation for optimization. They partnered with vendor Devoteam to implement ServiceNow Discovery.

Devoteam implemented ServiceNow Discovery in a quick and efficient 12-week project, creating an automated process to locate and store device and application data in a single Configuration Management Database (CMDB). This solution replaced manual processes, providing an up-to-date and accurate record of assets. The new system serves as a solid base for further automation, optimization, and improved security, creating significant transparency and trust between Copenhagen Airports and the consultants from Devoteam.
