Case Study: ZEROFAIL achieves centralized credential management and faster client connections with Devolutions' Remote Desktop Manager

A Devolutions Case Study

Preview of the ZEROFAIL Case Study

ZEROFAIL uses RDM to Keep its data organized in one centralized portal accessible by its employees

ZEROFAIL, established in 2000 and managing about 300 devices with 15 full‑time IT professionals, struggled with scattered credential information, duplicate databases, lack of credential control, and slow client connections. To address these issues, ZEROFAIL adopted Devolutions' Remote Desktop Manager (RDM) as a centralized access tool.

Devolutions implemented RDM to consolidate all access into a single portal with Active Directory authentication, integrated protocols (RDP, SSH, Telnet, TeamViewer, VNC, etc.), and an SQL backend for easy management, backup and restore. The result was a substantial decrease in connection time, higher productivity (employees only need a computer name, not credentials), fewer repeated client credential requests, and overall streamlined operations thanks to Devolutions' solution.
