Visma IT&C adopted RDM to manage its 4000 servers, machines and devices

Visma IT & Communications (Visma), which manages roughly 4,000 servers, machines and devices and serves hundreds of thousands of customers, was hampered by limitations in its remote-access tools — including no tabbed views, RDP connection limits, clumsy interfaces and credential-loss bugs. To solve this, Visma adopted Devolutions’ Remote Desktop Manager.

Devolutions implemented Remote Desktop Manager to provide tabbed/embedded sessions, integrated credential management, a clean customizable UI, broad connection-type support and a library of add-ons. As a result Visma consolidated multiple tools (PuTTY, RDPMan, MTPuTTY, PSFTP) into one platform, eliminated previous connection and credential issues, and reported noticeably higher productivity while managing its ~4,000 devices.
