ReiseBank AG, a Frankfurt-based bank with about 600 employees and a Central Systems division that manages roughly 600 servers, faced fragmented remote-access workflows: multiple tools and GUIs for different protocols and no secure, centralized repository for session configurations. To address this, ReiseBank evaluated and adopted Devolutions’ Remote Desktop Manager.

Devolutions’ Remote Desktop Manager was quickly installed and tested (supporting protocols like SSH and RDP), and has been used at ReiseBank for about three years. By consolidating nearly 1,000 pre-configured sessions into a single platform, the solution improved efficiency (all sessions launched through one tool), increased productivity via a refined GUI, enhanced secure remote access from home, and is “saving a significant amount of time each day”; ReiseBank is also exploring Devolutions Server for broader deployment.
