Echostar Uses RDM as their unique console for all of their Remote Administrative needs

EchoStar, a global satellite and TV technology company headquartered in Englewood, Colorado, was struggling with fragmented remote administration: teammates couldn’t easily share connections, multiple separate tools were required to access different hardware and software, and admins often had to log into servers or use elevated command prompts or PSTools to make changes. To solve this, EchoStar turned to Devolutions and its Remote Desktop Manager (RDM) as a single console for remote administrative needs.

Devolutions deployed Remote Desktop Manager, enabling EchoStar to manage approximately 500 devices from one dashboard and replace multiple tools (RDP, PuTTY, ESX Console Access, VNC). The RDM implementation sped onboarding and system recovery, simplified server checks with continuous ping and centralized consoles, allowed creation and sharing of custom macros, and largely eliminated the need to open other applications—delivering measurable consolidation and efficiency gains for EchoStar.
