The City of Stavanger, Norway’s fourth-largest municipality (about 130,000 residents), struggled with fragmented RDP/SSH management—multiple connection lists, per-user manual updates, and time-consuming password changes that required editing many entries. To solve this, the City turned to Devolutions and deployed Remote Desktop Manager (RDM).

Devolutions implemented RDM to centralize all RDP/SSH connections and credentials, providing a single program for the team, credential objects linked to multiple connections, activity and connection logs, and Citrix-based access for external providers.
