Buurst, through its SoftNAS cloud NAS product, needed stronger QA coverage across AWS, Microsoft Azure, VMware, and multiple storage protocols while dealing with a large, hard-to-document test suite. DeviQA joined the customer’s in-house team to support automation, manual pre-release testing, and bug verification across complex multi-VM environments.

DeviQA implemented Robot Framework automation in Python, added API-based test acceleration, integrated the suite with Jenkins CI, and supported functional, performance, and manual testing on Linux and Windows across NFS, CIFS/SMB, iSCSI, and AFP. The effort delivered 1,000+ automated tests, 80% application code coverage, 200+ bugs reported, and 30% of those as critical or blocker issues, helping Buurst improve release stability and speed up test results.
