CipherHealth, a healthcare tech company focused on patient engagement and care team coordination, partnered with DeviQA to strengthen product quality and reduce missed issues. The team needed a better-structured test suite, improved test coverage, and continuous integration for automated testing across web and mobile apps.

DeviQA built the QA automation architecture from scratch, set up web and mobile test environments, added parallel execution, and integrated smoke, regression, and performance testing into Jenkins CI. Using JMeter and server-side monitoring, DeviQA also enabled performance testing with metrics sent to Slack, while expanding coverage to more than 1,000 test cases and 90%+ of tricky web scenarios; the result was faster execution, fewer issues, and “exceptional” performance noted by the Product Manager.
