ArkLign, a technology company integrating software into dental lab fabrication, logistics, and data, needed a reliable QA partner to take ownership of quality across its web and iOS/Android mobile applications. DeviQA stepped in to help formalize the QA process, replace ad hoc testing with structured test documentation, and improve bug tracking, release readiness, and coverage across browsers, devices, and platforms.

DeviQA built the test strategy from scratch, created and maintained test plans in TestRail, and integrated it with Jira for better visibility. For automation, DeviQA implemented Ruby, Capybara, Selenium, Cucumber, Jenkins, Appium, AWS Device Farm, and SauceLabs, running web tests in 10 parallel threads and mobile tests in 3. They also added JMeter-based performance testing and API security testing, ultimately covering more than 90% of the application with test cases and automating 80% of the web/mobile apps, while reducing build time by 7x and helping ArkLign launch with minimal issues.
