ServiceTrade - Customer Case Study

ServiceTrade, a Durham, NC–based SaaS provider for commercial service contractors with 800+ customers, asked for a mobile data component to capture inspection and maintenance information more effectively. Instead of building that capability internally, ServiceTrade partnered with Device Magic and used Device Magic’s white‑labeled platform and Partner Program to create a new add‑on product called ServiceForms.

Device Magic delivered a branded mobile forms solution with open APIs, offline mode, auto‑fill and required‑field validation, and a forms‑building support team, allowing data to sync directly into ServiceTrade, eliminate double entry, and produce professional compliance reports. The results were immediate and measurable: ServiceTrade contacted Device Magic in September 2019, signed 20 customers on the spot when ServiceForms debuted at a November 2019 conference, and rolled the product out to all new customers by February 2020, improving data capture speed, accuracy, and reporting.
