Using Device Magic's drag-and-drop mobile form builder and app, Tedford created pre- and post-trip inspection forms that drivers complete on mobile devices; two Destinations automatically deliver an Excel file to STFS' Google Drive and email the data to a specified address. Device Magic was later used to capture geo- and time-stamped delivery photos, dramatically reducing customer complaints and cutting incident costs of roughly $450/month — about $5,400 saved annually.
