To address this, Chemtek implemented Device Magic’s mobile forms (and Dispatch workflow) to capture job reports, inventory usage and purchase order requests directly from technicians in the field.
Device Magic’s mobile forms and automated Dispatch process centralized submissions, pre-populated POs, and enabled photo capture of receipts, letting accounting match bills quickly and allowing progress billings instead of waiting for job completion. As a result, Chemtek now receives information in weeks or days rather than months, can bill jobs twice as fast, and maintains more accurate inventory and faster PO approvals.
