DHI Energy Services, a 40-year water management leader supporting more than 2,000 frac tanks, needed to modernize remote field inspections and regulatory recordkeeping. Field teams required a paperless, easy-to-use mobile solution that worked offline for environmental and equipment inspections, so DHI selected Device Magic for mobile inspection forms and offline data capture.
Device Magic, integrated via Dell Boomi with Salesforce and NetSuite, provided customizable mobile forms, offline submission that automatically syncs when back in service, and dispatch/workflow capabilities. The implementation simplified requisitions, reduced the number of software licenses, delivered cleaner, consistent field data for faster billing and reporting, enabled near real-time filtering of work activity, and is being expanded company-wide—Device Magic has become a core pillar of DHI’s IT infrastructure.
