Feld Care Connects, a Westlake Village home-therapy provider that has served more than 12,000 patients since 2013, faced a high-volume, paper-based documentation challenge: therapists were documenting on paper and faxing or emailing notes to a central office and partner home health agencies, which was inefficient and unsustainable. DeVero implemented an adaptable EMR that lets clinicians document in patients’ homes, control their own workflow, and give partner agencies immediate access to electronic notes.
