How did PortaOne sign a contract with a Cable Operator?

PortaOne, a global software developer for telecommunications companies, wanted to promote its flagship platforms, PortaBilling and PortaSwitch, and schedule meetings with qualified leads across targeted EMEA CSP segments. To support this goal, Deveo helped PortaOne reach decision makers at MNOs, MVNOs, ISPs, cable operators, fixed telcos, VOIP providers, and other telecom businesses.

Deveo selected about 2,500 of the best-matching contacts from its database, ran three email campaigns over three months, and provided full-time telemarketing follow-up and lead generation under PortaOne’s name. The campaign delivered 10 qualified leads, exceeding the target of 7–8, including 7 teleconferences and 3 face-to-face meetings, and helped PortaOne sign a contract with a Cable Operator in Central Europe shortly after the campaign ended.
