Product lead Joshua Petrovani Miller prioritized increasing landing-page conversion and sign-up completion by optimizing the activation funnel and better connecting SEM traffic to the in-product experience to drive ROAS and lower CAC.
They ran A/B tests that shortened the post-quiz loading animation and removed friction in the sign-up flow to reduce time-to-value. That single change — speeding the loading bar and simplifying activation — produced a 60% increase in conversions, more trial sign-ups and higher revenue, validating ongoing A/B testing as a core growth tactic.
