The solution included daily, weekly, and recurring tasks tied to seven environmental impact categories, with gamification elements like points and a leaderboard to drive engagement. The vendor successfully delivered both iOS and Android versions of the app within the stringent eight-week deadline, structuring it for long-term behavior change.
