Hemfrid, a major home services company in Sweden, faced a significant challenge with its original mobile app, which served both customers and employees. This single codebase meant every update for employees also required a release for customers, creating unnecessary maintenance and confusion. They partnered with Dev and Deliver to address this architectural problem.

Dev and Deliver solved this by splitting the product into two independent apps. They rebuilt the employee-facing app using React Native, creating a standalone application with features like BankID login, a service calendar, and dynamic translation of instructions into five languages. This solution allows for separate release cycles and is used daily by thousands of Hemfrid cleaners across Sweden.
