MacPaw, an international software development company (based in Kyiv and Boston) known for products like CleanMyMac and ClearVPN, needed a better media monitoring solution after their previous tool fell short. By automating mention collection, scoring and reporting via Determ, MacPaw moved from manually handling ~50 mentions monthly to managing 200+ relevant mentions per entity (and processing up to 1,000–1,500 mentions that would have been impossible by hand), saving significant analyst time, improving crisis response and enabling deeper impact reporting to management.
