Jägermeister ran a month‑long #JMspirit online campaign in Bosnia and Herzegovina and needed real‑time tracking of press coverage, social buzz and user‑generated photos. To monitor mentions, alerts and aggregate campaign content, Jägermeister used Determ’s real‑time media monitoring service to capture activity across social networks, web articles and a campaign microsite.

Determ crawled over 10 million sources to deliver an instant chronological feed, email alerts during the #JMspirit SELECTED party and exportable reports for post‑campaign analysis. The campaign (Aug 1–31, 2014) generated 88 mentions—62.5% on Twitter and 26% web PR—with sentiment overwhelmingly positive (over 95% positive on the web and 92% on Twitter, zero negative mentions); Determ’s tracking also surfaced tactical insights (34% of hashtags were lowercase) and provided data‑driven reporting to optimize future campaigns.
