Keller Williams Realty, a large real estate company, needed a content management and graphics editing platform that could integrate with the tools it was building while keeping branding and templates standardized across its multi-tiered franchise network. It also wanted a solution that could roll out quickly and drive strong user adoption with ROI in the first three months. Keller Williams Realty chose Desygner’s enterprise brand management and content creation platform to support this effort.

Desygner implemented a white-label solution with single sign-on, integrated it with Keller Williams Realty’s internal systems and MLS, and provided administrator training so users could start creating immediately. In the first two weeks, 500 templates were added and the platform was rolled out to 20,000 users, with adoption growing to more than 80,000 users in the following weeks and 90% adoption across agents. Keller Williams Realty now has over 3,000 templates in use, with Desygner helping them create nearly one million designs and expand into new markets.
