Despatch Cloud partnered with JD International Logistics, a subsidiary of China's largest retailer JD.com, to support the expansion of its UK logistics operations. The challenge was to integrate JD's fulfillment network with its clients' diverse ecommerce websites and to efficiently manage shipping with numerous couriers.

The solution implemented by Despatch Cloud provided JD with its cloud-based sales channel connection technology and Despatch Cloud Shipping service. This enabled JD to securely pull orders from client sites and access over 70 supported couriers, allowing for a faster rollout of its UK services and the ability to produce shipping labels for both the UK and the continent.
