Great Eastern Life, Singapore’s largest life insurer with operations across Asia, faced fragmented training operations and limited visibility into agent learning: there was no centralized LMS, difficulty tracking training effectiveness across branches, multilingual and permissioned content requirements, and manual scheduling, trainer/trainee and reporting processes. To tackle these challenges they engaged Deskera to assess requirements and deliver an integrated training and knowledge management solution (Deskera LMS and jSonic BPM).

Deskera implemented its LMS modules (student, faculty, course, content, examination and institutional finance) plus jSonic BPM to centralize training, automate scheduling and permissions, enable multi‑lingual content and system‑wide IM/chat, and provide reporting and analytics. The Deskera solution produced a scalable, single‑portal platform with training cost tracking and periodic assessments, driving an overall 40% productivity increase in training processes and department gains of Faculty +70%, Records +60% and Finance +50%.
