Mondi Bad Rappenau, part of Mondi, wanted a better way to manage its IT landscape across five sites instead of relying on Excel spreadsheets. Since 2013, the company has used DeskCenter’s Management Suite to support hardware and software inventory, asset and license management, patch management, software distribution, user administration, and reporting.

With DeskCenter, Mondi centralized IT control, created custom dashboards, and automated key tasks such as patching, software deployment, and license checks. The result was much less manual effort, clearer visibility for audits and internal reporting, faster responses to license and inventory questions, and audit preparation reduced to about five minutes, while also helping the team save costs and improve planning and budget control.
